In four weeks, you’ll be guided step by step to reconnect with your own needs and those that bring more joy into your life. You will empower yourself to build a relationship with your energies for more balance, better resiliency and increased energy levels.

You’ll learn how to energetically ground yourself, feel more connected and become more present with yourself and your loved ones. 

You’ll learn how to get out of  a constant stress-mode and reactivity into more ease and calmness with simple but effective techniques to move stress out of your body and mind. 

You’ll focus on putting yourself first and establish a regular self-care routine that is nourishing your body, mind and soul.

For who is this course?

This 4 week course is ideal for mums who want to start making self-care a priority to get over constant tiredness, feelings of overwhelm and stress, due to everyday demands of family life. This course is for you if you are willing to show up for yourself and expand your self-care beyond a balanced diet and exercising.

This course runs from February 17 to March 13, 2020 (4 weeks).
